Return & Refund Policy

At Sehat Black Wheat, we are committed to delivering high-quality and fresh products. Due to the nature of food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

Returns
  • Food products such as Atta, Daliya, Bread, and Cookies are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
    • You received the wrong item.
Proof Requirement

To request a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Images of packaging and invoice

These must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds
  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank account (in case of Cash on Delivery)
Replacement

In case of damaged or wrong products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on availability).

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been opened, used, or consumed
  • Request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Damage is caused due to improper storage by the customer
Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
